- RESERVATION POLICY
Your credit card will be charged the Full Amount of your booking. Should your card be declined for whatever reason a Decline Fee will be charged to you by your credit card company. Please print out the confirmation email and present it upon check-in.
- LATE CHECK-IN and/or NO-SHOW POLICY Check-in time is 2pm. Check-out time is 12 noon. Should your check-in be later than 4pm please inform us: otherwise no show without notification - no refund.
- EARLY CHECK-IN and/or LATE CHECK-OUT POLICY
Standard Check-In time is 2pm, for guests who wish to check in earlier, if the room is available you may check in from 10am at no extra charge. Early bird check-in from 4am-10am will be charged additional P200 per room. Standard Check-Out time is 12noon, for guests who wish to check out later should the room be available, there is a P100 per hour late check-out charge after 4pm.
- CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS When making reservations please remember that you are making a commitment to us and we are making one to you. Should you need to cancel all or part of a reservation, we must receive notice within seven (7) days of your check-in date.
Cancellations received less than seven (7) days of your check-in date, are subject to a 30% CANCELLATION FEE. Your credit card company has a Chargeback Fee of PhP1500 (or equivalent in your currency).
Cancellations received less than three (3) days of your check-in date are non-refundable, we may however, credit your payment to a future stay within 6 months from your original booking. You may also transfer your booking to another party.
All cancellations are subject to a PhP200 (or equivalent in your currency) processing fee.
